We're currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator for our Little Squiggles Children's Enrichment Center in Bentonville, AR. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children every day.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to work a morning shift, mid-day shift, or closing shift on an as-needed or rotating basis with other staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to create and lead activities based on observations of the children's interests and needs, communicate daily with parents, document and share important milestones in their child's day, and maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and early childhood coursework, CDA, or a degree preferred. At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool is also desired.

The compensation range for this position is $14.45-$19.55 per hour, determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
