Family Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform routine examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health education and wellness programs.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
- Autonomy to run your own practice with refreshing collaborator and organizational support.
