Job Overview

We are seeking a Server and Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Ruby Tuesday - Mid-Rivers. As a key member of our service staff, you will provide exceptional guest experiences and support the success of our restaurant.

Compensation Package

This position offers an estimated salary of $25,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly welcome and farewell to all guests
  • Seat guests using the Table Management System (TMS)
  • Assist the service team with ensuring each guest leaves happy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • No prior work experience required
  • Have the ability to understand and provide friendly guest service
  • Understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and federal, state, and local serving regulations
  • Process cash handling, credit card, and room charge transactions in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Operate a computer, calculator, phone, and other office equipment
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
