Home Health Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Professional to join our team at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. As a Home Health Care Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support residents with routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning, and preparation
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities

Requirements:
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
