Convergint is a leading provider of security and life safety solutions, seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our operations team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, cost management, and quality control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resulting in increased loyalty and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of project managers, coordinators, and field project managers to achieve outstanding results

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency

• Collaborate with operations manager to plan and schedule installation contracts, material procurement, and other logistical activities

• Utilize financial systems to track actual versus estimated contract costs and provide timely, accurate financial reports

• Perform limited managerial responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing colleagues

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of three years of previous relevant experience in project management, preferably in the electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries. A two-year technical degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also required. Additionally, Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred. Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum depending on experience.
