Assembly Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our team at TTI, Inc. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling connector materials in compliance with internal, manufacturer, and/or military quality standards, and operating various tools and equipment within the Assembly department.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble connector materials in compliance with quality standards
- Operate various tools and equipment within the Assembly department
- Meet customer expectations regarding quality, cost, and on-time performance
- Meet company-wide expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, attitude/teamwork, and cross-training
- Ensure TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery
- Maintain acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies
- Demonstrate a positive team-oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments
- Ensure a safe working environment for self and others
- Support daily assembly department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Prior assembly experience is preferred
- Excellent eye-hand coordination
- Goal-focused
- Effective English communication skills
- Knowledge of small assembly tooling is preferred
- Ability to work with adhesives/chemicals
- Ability to read English and comprehend simple written work instructions
- Ability to count accurately and perform simple math
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to twist, stoop, squat, bend, and reach on a frequent basis
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the international Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
