Automotive Title Processor

Job Summary:

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk for a Full-Time position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration, organizational, and communication skills.

About the Role:

This position involves processing title work for incoming and outgoing trades, reassigning titles, preparing titles for auctions, and performing routine accounting functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process title work for dealer trades and auctions
• Reassign all trade titles
• Prepare titles for auctions
• Stock used vehicles purchased
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain logs for returned finance contracts
• Receipt payments and issue checks for dealer trades
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting required
• Working knowledge of title processes essential
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
