Addictions Therapist

Gaudenzia is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addictions Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on skills development, relapse prevention, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular case reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
• Current licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
