Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
The ideal candidate will have superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record, as well as the ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
- Conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
EquipmentShare offers a competitive pay structure, including base salary plus uncapped commission, commission guarantee period, company-provided truck or vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be a tenacious and innovative sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.
