About the Role

As a Physician at West Hawaii Community Health Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team of dedicated providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health maintenance, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid MD or DO license to practice medicine in Hawai'i.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Pediatrics is desirable.
  • Experience working in a community health center environment and/or with culturally diverse populations is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
