Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a member of the Engineering TAC (ETAC) team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and guidance to support teams, working directly with engineering on cutting-edge new product development, developing and delivering expert-level training materials, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Enable support teams by providing deeper technical expertise and guidance for NetSec platforms
- Work directly with engineering on cutting-edge new product development
- Develop and deliver expert-level training materials for support and engineering teams
- Develop advanced troubleshooting-focused tools and scripts to help solve complex customer issues and improve product supportability

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in technical support or development
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP and advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
- Expertise with general routing/switching, Routing protocols, branch and data center architectures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver highly technical informative presentations
