Engineering Technician I

Nidec is a global leader in the manufacturing of commercial and industrial motors. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technician I to join our team in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Review industry standards for requirements and compliance.
- Create and modify drawings, BOMs, and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing needs.
- Work closely with leaders to expedite documentation changes and drive quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Enrolled in an engineering or technical program.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on innovation and collaboration. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
