Customer Service Manager

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager - Self Storage at Public Storage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions to sell packing and moving supplies. Daily storage unit inspections will ensure inventory and availability, and you will be responsible for auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits. You will also help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions to sell packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability

Requirements:
- Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal
- Valid driver's license and ability to utilize own vehicle to travel between work locations and conduct other work-related business
