Job Title: Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team at Sonoma Consulting. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer implementations for our Client Medical - Surgical supply chain management technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct project management activities associated with the implementation of Client Medical - Surgical customer technology solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead customer pre-implementation planning, including conference calls and webcasts.
  • Establish customer workflows for various solutions for supply chain management.
  • Develop and facilitate customer templates for individual organizational structures.
  • Create and establish customer database and organizational setup.
  • Provide best practices and recommendations for implementation.
  • Coordinate and lead implementations with customers, including direct one-to-one communications, onsite and remotely.
  • Lead customer training and go-live events for customer technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation.
  • Working knowledge of the Primary Care and Extended Care market customers for all segments and other healthcare providers.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Exceptional communicator and customer interaction skills/service skills.
  • Strong training and presentation skills delivered in person and/or through remote sales tools such as webcasts and conference calls.
  • Ability to communicate technology integration offerings.
  • Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Health care supply chain knowledge.
  • Results oriented, self-directed, and motivated.
  • Ability to assess situations and overcome objections.
  • Ability to effectively work within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to work well with team members and deal with people diplomatically.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Thorough in completing tasks with focus on quality and Company integrity.
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Thorough problem-solving skills.
  • Create customer training materials and best practices documents.
  • Organized approach to work assignments and adaptable approach to changing work priorities.
