As a key member of our lawn care team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including fertilization, weed control, insect and disease identification and treatment, core aeration and seeding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct lawn care treatments using company-provided equipment and chemicals
* Identify and treat insect and disease issues on lawns
* Perform core aeration and seeding as needed
* Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
