Job Overview

We are sourcing a Plant Finance Director for our partner in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including full benefits and raises every January. We estimate the annual salary to be around $120,000 based on industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Accounting Staff.
  • Collaborate with department managers to establish or assist in the development of annual budgets.
  • Serve as liaison with company's independent auditors on accounting and tax matters.
  • Approve credit extensions and arrange for collection of past due accounts.
  • Oversee processing of accounts payable and manual invoicing, and cash receipts.
  • Monitor daily cash flow activity to coordinate the bank line of credit.
  • Promote general and cost accounting practices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and reports.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in accounting.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access (IFS and Paylocity experience preferred).
