Established in 1982, we are a commercial general contracting and construction management firm seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Construction Project Manager.

About the Role
We require a personable, organized individual with a strong background in construction project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing projects from preconstruction services to final completion, including estimating, budget implementation, subcontractor management, and scheduling. Experience in commercial, K-12, higher education, and government projects is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet project requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager and Estimator.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of safe, successful, and timely project completion.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Package
Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Moore Trosper Construction Company is an equal opportunity employer.
