Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and ship materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Operate powered lifts and other equipment to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform quality control checks on materials and products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
