Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical inquiries
- Manage RFQ technical activity with customers
- Support the quoting process, working closely with the Engineering Department and Marketing Department
- Present quotes, technical solutions, and lead technical discussions with customers
- Work intensively with customer buyers, purchasing managers, and engineering teams to resolve ongoing technical issues
- Participate in customers' evaluation processes for new and existing projects
- Facilitate open and effective communication channels between customers and HQ departments
- Maintain confidentiality on all company information, including intellectual property, confidential documents, pricing policies, and sensitive communications
- Technical background and understanding in injection molding production
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multicultural environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- BSME degree required, B.A/M.A in Business/Industrial Administration a plus
- 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry as a Resident Engineer or in Technical Marketing and Sales position, working directly with OEMs and Tier 1 customers
