Administrative Business Partner

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Business Partner at Bunge, you will play a critical role in supporting the local plant manager and department managers in their daily operations. This includes providing data entry support, commodity and non-commodity accounting assistance, and administrative process support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the department manager with tasks such as daily production reporting, inventory management, and data entry.
  • Monitor the accuracy of purchase orders and OPEX expense coding.
  • Track invoices and provide procurement and maintenance support.
  • Assist with commodity accounting, including check runs, EFT clearings, and payment monitoring.
  • Filing and document organization as required.
  • Complete month-end reporting tasks for administration and commercial groups.
  • Provide office support through cross-training and vacation coverage.
  • Assist in coordinating off-site training, supplies, and travel.
  • Support operations by providing inputs to monthly forecasting for plant expenses.
  • Support accounting through reviewing Bill of Material (BOM) for accuracy.
  • Manage third-party services including office, breakroom, and lavatory cleaning and sanitation services.
  • Provide general administrative tasks such as administering the Records Retention Policy and managing incoming/outgoing mail/packages.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software required.
  • Knowledge of SAP, GTM, EHS preferred.
  • Ability to learn new programs required.
