ShopRite - Night Crew Director

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

The Night Crew Director will be responsible for effectively directing and supervising all functions and activities of the Night Crew Department and its Associates to achieve the Department's goals.

• Direct and supervise Night Crew Department Associates
• Ensure effective execution of departmental tasks and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and customer experience goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
