Job Overview

At Van Beek Natural Science, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals and the producers who care for them. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in developing and growing the dairy/beef market in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with distribution channels to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and submit sales plans to management, identifying opportunities for tradeshows and associations to support sales efforts.
  • Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive products and offer suggestions for improving and developing new products for the markets.
  • Collaborate with the Large Animal Sales Team to establish and grow strong sales.
  • Regularly communicate with producers, scheduling visits to operations to build relationships and drive sales.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required.
  • A Bachelors degree in business or animal health preferred, but not required.
  • Adaptability to change, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel for tradeshows and trainings.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, with any other duties required by Management.
