Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Baker Bricks, a leading retailer of LEGO products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both the LEGO brand and retail marketing.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to lead all aspects of marketing, including digital, traditional, and in-store initiatives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand loyalty.
  2. Brand Management: Act as the guardian of the Baker Bricks brand, ensuring all marketing materials, campaigns, and touchpoints are on-brand and resonate with our target audience.
  3. Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, social media strategy, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  4. Retail & In-Store Marketing: Oversee in-store marketing strategies, including point-of-purchase displays, signage, and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase conversion rates.
  5. Promotions & Campaign Management: Plan and execute seasonal and tactical promotions to boost sales, including holiday campaigns, product launches, and limited-edition sets.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Passion for LEGO and a deep understanding of the brand's values and audience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Experience with marketing software tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, etc.).
