Cinemark Beverage Specialist

As a Bartender at Cinemark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by serving high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to Cinemark standards
• Provide suggestions and use selling techniques to increase orders
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Ensure accurate recording of food and beverage orders
• Verify identification for alcohol transactions
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate food orders
• Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
• Process payment for completed guest orders
• Maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
• Assist the General Manager with ordering supplies
• Monitor safety and security issues and report to management

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification
• Team Members who work with alcohol must complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program
• Prior experience in a high-volume bar environment is preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Requires regular and consistent attendance
• Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
• Provides excellent guest service
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
• Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theater
• Noise level may be moderate to high at times
