Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department;
  • Maintain standards in accordance with the standard practice manual;
  • Assist the department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service and minimizing shrink;
  • Clean shelves and shelf tag moldings;

Benefits and Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time;
