Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Threat Mitigator to join our team at Sparks Group. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth threat assessments and develop comprehensive threat profiles.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify and prioritize potential threats.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data sources to detect anomalies and suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats and protect sensitive information.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in the threat landscape.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in counterintelligence, HUMINT, counterterrorism, and/or insider threat analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in threat analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with tools such as Analyst Notebook, UEBA, SIEM, IAM, and data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, intelligence, criminal justice).
  • Experience working within the US Intelligence Community.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CCITP, CISSP, CISM).
  • Knowledge of behavioral analysis and psychology related to insider threats.
  • Active security clearance and eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance.

This position requires a high level of discretion, judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
