Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.

Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.

Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.

Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
