About the Job:



As an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient with ECHN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team and provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or restore function in patients.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Utilize a range of techniques and modalities to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.


Requirements:



  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
  • Holds or is eligible for current licensure in the state of Connecticut.
  • Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient settings is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
