Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our Stamps.com Support Advisor team. The successful candidate will provide expert-level support for frontline tech agents, resolve escalated issues, and assist customers with business-specific workflows.

This is a remote position based in the Austin Metropolitan Area, offering a flexible work schedule and great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for frontline tech agents and resolve escalated issues
  • Assist customers with business-specific workflows and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to communicate trending issues and product suggestions
  • Meet departmental Key Performance Indicators to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or degrees a plus
  • 1+ year's customer service experience, preferably in a technical role
  • Professionalism, a customer-first approach, and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and independent work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Zendesk, TeamViewer, Zoom, Jira, Slack, Sumo Logic, ODBC database connections, Fiddler

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional in-office presence (Tuesday-Thursday). We offer 10 paid days off for U.S. holidays, health and wellness programs, and education reimbursement.
