**Job Summary**

The Senior Budget Financial Applications Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the University's Central Budget Office. This position will be responsible for designing and maintaining reports, as well as providing financial and technical support for various functional areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and maintain reports to support budget analytics and research
  • Provide financial and technical support for Operations, Systems and Planning functional areas
  • Develop and maintain the University's Cost Allocation report
  • Support the Assistant Director in creating and maintaining standard and ad hoc Budget reports

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required and five years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills desired
  • Experience with reporting/query tools, with PeopleSoft Financials, Cognos TM1, and BI applications desirable
  • Ability to assimilate and apply new technologies
  • Knowledge of general budgeting and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
