As a key member of the team, you will provide project back-stopping support to multiple field projects, conduct technical research, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as project assistant for overseas international development projects, overseeing administrative, contractual, and financial aspects.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Finance Department to track project spending, provide financial forecasts, and review invoices.
  • Manage travel, logistics, and relocation for field-based staff in compliance with USAID regulations and Cadmus policies.
  • Maintain project controls and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Support event coordination and workshops for regional programs.
  • Tailor contract templates for consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Copy-edit project deliverables and reports.
  • Conduct research or data analysis and prepare draft reports for senior staff or project consultants.
  • Contribute to the start-up and close-down of field offices as needed.
  • Coordinate across teams to support successful project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in international development, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
