Electroplating Technician

As an Electroplating Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our electroplating processes. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading electroplating equipment, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. If you have a High School Diploma/GED, technical school courses in mechanic or machinist classes, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

• High School Diploma/GED minimum.
• Technical school courses in mechanic or machinist classes advantageous.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• High level of efficiency, decision making, and energy.
• Accurate completion of work orders, BOMs, and data inputs within ERP system.
• Ability to read and understand Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO documentations.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Compatibility with current workforce to maintain a productive atmosphere.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quantum preferred.
• Ability to read and adhere to verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of making basic decisions and working with deadlines under pressure.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Technical training in mechanic or machinist classes.
• Experience in operating and maintaining specialized equipment.
• Familiarity with electroplating processes and equipment.
