Dishroom Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
• Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Bag and haul dish room trash

This role involves working as part of a team to ensure that our dishes are washed and stored safely and efficiently. As a Dishroom Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dish room and ensuring that all equipment is used safely and correctly.
