Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facilities. This involves tracking, receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing products for shipping, coordinating truck pickups, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and project management staff to ensure accurate delivery schedules
  • Receive and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage returns and damages, and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control
  • Work with production and project management staff to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare outbound freight paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
Candidate Requirements:
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience or construction industry experience preferred
  • Confident judgment and decision-making skills
