We are seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). This role is responsible for providing safe and structured care to patients in crisis in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. They will be responsible for assisting with patient intake and output, monitoring nutritional and hydration needs, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

This is a part-time position, working 32 hours per week. The salary range for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
