Cognizant is a leading IT consulting firm that leverages modern technologies to enhance business operations. We are seeking a skilled MAPPING ESCALATION SPECIALIST to join our team.

Job Summary

The Mapping Escalation Specialist will be responsible for handling high-priority and sensitive issues related to mapping operations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve critical mapping issues within established SLAs.
  • Contribute to in-depth failure analysis to determine root causes of problems or incorrect edits.
  • Document all problem analysis and issue resolution methods.
  • Log feature requests and bugs to engineering teams as required.
  • Develop and submit reports in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with elections processes and procedures on an election cycle basis.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is between $18 - $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
