Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Little Endeavors Child Development Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, ages one to three years old.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with our curriculum objectives and program philosophy.
  2. Providing individualized attention and care to each child, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  3. Maintaining open communication with parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's daily activities and progress.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
  5. Adhering to all Little Endeavors policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to DHS requirements.
