Job Summary

As a Quality Engineer at Technimark, you will play a key role in developing and implementing systems to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. Your responsibilities will include supporting our manufacturing policy, participating in the change management process, and providing independent oversight and review of project deliverables throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote continuous improvement efforts for the company through Lean Six Sigma and Kaizens initiatives.
  • Obtain and maintain Black Belt certification.
  • Perform statistical analysis, product testing, and measurement as necessary.
  • Facilitate Customer Complaint, Corrective Action, and Preventative Action programs.
  • Support the disposition activities of non-conforming products.
  • Assist with the development of quality training for employees.
  • Assist with sales presentations and tours.
  • Maintain systems to ensure product quality conforms to customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to address issues concerning product quality.
  • Assist with product development.
  • Understand human factors and motivation.
  • Assist with activities involved with the receipt of purchased materials.
  • Perform supplier evaluations and determine supplier quality requirements.
  • Responsible for quality product approval packages of new products, including CQV Reports.
  • Establish and direct systems to maintain external registration, such as ISO registration.
  • Generate reports for quality-related metrics, including Non-Conforming Material Reports, Customer Complaints, Returned Merchandise Authorization, and Scrap Percentages.
  • Support deviations.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a minimum classification of "Average" on the Munsell Hue Test for color-based decisions.
  • Backup HACCP Coordinator, if defined, and HACCP Team Member, if defined.
