About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced pilot with a strong track record of safety and professionalism. As a First Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe journey for our passengers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about flying and have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our pilots enjoy competitive compensation packages, including $91.35 per hour pay rate, as well as benefits such as free standby travel privileges on Alaska Airlines & Horizon Air and a generous 401k match program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and smooth journey for all passengers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time
  • Hold a valid Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 100 hours of multi-engine flight time
  • 100 hours flown in the last 12 months
