Responsibilities

We seek skilled Physical Therapists to join our team as Outpatient Specialists. Key responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote optimal recovery
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily progress notes
  • Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Requirements
* Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
* Valid Physical Therapy License
* Commitment to upholding our organization's values and mission
