Senior Care Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work with our senior residents at Hillsbrook Village at Allenstown.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and communicate with families and health professionals.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and administer medications.
- Work in a clinical setting with older adults, including those with dementia and physical disabilities.
Requirements:
- LPN or RN license required.
- Experience in dementia care - 1 year strongly desired.
- Full-time, part-time, or per diem schedule available.

- Overtime pay, shift differential (2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends).
Work Location: Suncook, NH. Relocation required.
