About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our retail team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store management in executing administrative tasks, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Take an active role in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks, and participate in the onboarding process of new Associates.
  • Maintain Associate personnel files, perform daily cash office functions, and ensure adherence to cash office standards.
  • Support Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Ensure proper Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience and support coverage needs throughout the store.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritize tasks, and provide progress updates.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, and partner with Management on Associate training needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player with effective working relationships with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others and possess 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
