About the Job
- As an emergency room RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making informed decisions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve departmental goals.
- With a focus on patient-centered care, you will prioritize effective communication, empathy, and compassion in all interactions.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills and physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
