Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position at Citigroup Inc.'s San Diego branch, responsible for delivering high-quality client-facing services and processing transactions effectively. This role plays a crucial part in generating revenue for the branch by offering optimal solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: As the first point of contact for Citi clients, you will provide a positive impression through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
- Banking Transactions: Perform accurate and efficient banking transactions, including managing cash supply, handling deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
- Product Referrals: Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade their services or products based on their financial goals, suggesting new solutions that meet their needs.
- Digital Education: Educate clients on the digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi, promoting the adoption of digital banking services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure client and bank assets are secure.
- Previous Experience: A background in sales, customer service, or money handling is preferred.
- Sales and Customer Service: Proven experience in sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary, inclusive of a base salary and potential bonuses. The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $23.73 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to salary, Citi provides a range of benefits, including:
