We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the County of DuPage, CO. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes and meals for our residents and staff. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including meats, poultry, eggs, soups, vegetables, salads, sauces, and baked goods.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with food ordering and inventory management.
Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of experience as a Cook in a moderately large institutional setting or at the Care Center.
Sanitation certificate preferred.

The work environment for this position regularly includes working with extreme temperatures.
