Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Professional to join our Wellness Team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in implementing training programs for our clients and ensuring their fitness levels are optimized.

• Accurately assessing clients at the start of their fitness journey, compiling reports, and developing personalized fitness plans
• Developing an awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation
• Providing solutions to client's fitness needs, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry
