Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at Whole Foods Market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality meat products are prepared and presented to our customers.

The Meat Cutter Specialist will be responsible for cutting, preparing, and merchandising meat products, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment. This role requires excellent cutting skills, knowledge of different cuts and cooking techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Cut, prepare, and merchandise meat products to ensure high quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to WFM cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work effectively with colleagues to meet customer service expectations and sales targets.
• Ensure accuracy of signs and pricing, and perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 14+ months retail experience.
• A successfully completed WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training program.
• Excellent cutting skills and knowledge of different cuts and cooking techniques.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
