The Associate Patient Care Coordinator/Registration Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, providers, staff, and others as the highest priority. This position acts as a liaison between the patient, provider, and other staff members to ensure that patients receive the care they need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers face-to-face in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner
  • Interview and register patients, verifying and updating patient demographics and insurance coverage in computer systems
  • Collect payments from patients, issue receipts, and reconcile cash received daily
  • Provide assistance to patients, arranging transportation and scheduling appointments as necessary
  • Assist in maintaining clinic shared folders by processing e-faxes and other documentation
  • Book, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments as required
  • Act as the Clinic Concierge, greeting, directing, and assisting patients and visitors
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
