About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Phantom Staffing. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for building and assembling complex machine tools, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install precision mechanical components, including slides, spindles, and other critical parts.
  • Install and test software and electro/mechanical components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuitry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
