Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers compensation claims.

About the Role

As a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process. You will investigate claims, evaluate evidence, and make informed decisions to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and evaluate the extent of injuries or illnesses

• Develop and implement strategies to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to gather essential information and make informed decisions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workers compensation claims adjusting

• Active adjusters' licenses in NC, SC, and TN

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws, regulations, and industry standards
